Signups are now closed. Although there are more than 24 Patrols signed up, there will still be only one Projectoree, held on the weekend of April 28th - 30th. I will expand the competition format in some way to accommodate the additional Patrols. The following Troops submitted deposits for this year's Projectoree, and are confirmed:

The basic registration fee for this year's Projectoree has been lowered from $6 to $5 per attendee. Yahoo! Basic Registration and T-Shirt will therefore be $13, and Basic Registration, T-Shirt, and Staff Food will be $21.
We will have 2 planning meetings for this event, tentatively scheduled for Sunday, February 4th, and Sunday, April 1st. Both meetings will run from 7:30 to 9pm, and will be held at the St. Agnes Parish Center, 1916 N. Randolph St. in Arlington. Each Troop is asked to provide at least 1 Adult and 1 Senior Scout to attend. Please mark your calendars and inform your SPL's of these two dates.
Note that a separate series of Newsletters will be generated for Projectoree 2001, and will be sent only to the above listed. Future Projectoree planning news will be kept out of the Chainemails.
