This is the second Projectoree 2002 Newsletter; it is sharply abbreviated versus past years. I will generate the third Newsletter this weekend, which will include more operational material. The purpose of this email is to set the meeting dates and establish the e-net.

Meetings - At present, I wish to hold two meetings - the first on Sunday, February 10th, and the second on Sunday, March 24th. Both will be at St. Agnes' Catholic Church, 1914 N. Randolph St. in Arlington, starting at 7:30 on the nose. As always, on-time attendance is mandatory.

If I have overlooked something dreadfully important that is a dead conflict with either of these dates, please get back to me immediately.

e-net - I have included the primary contact person designated by each Troop in the e-net. In addition, I have added one and sometimes two obvious co-contacts, as listed below. Note that this is in sharp contrast to years past where I put every single member of each Troop's Chainemail contacts on the Projectoree e-net. This also means that the "safety net" is not quite as wide, because only the designated persons are receiving Projectoree mailings. This is very important, because (as you all know) those Units which fail to make the planning meetings will be immediately terminated from participating in this year's Projectoree.

If anyone has severe heartburn with being on this net, please let me know immediately AND PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT (name and email address). Also, if anyone would like to add specific people (especially Senior Scouts) to this net, please give me their names and email addresses.

As previously noted, we have 31 Patrols and 1 Webelos Den signed up. The Projectoree can only handle 30 Patrols - however, based on past years, we will lose 2 or 3 Patrols before the end of April.
