Greetings to All.
This is your first reminder of next week's 2nd Projectoree Planning Meeting (Sunday, March 24th, starting at 7:30 pm, and lasting less than one hour). Note that the room location has been changed - we will now be meeting in one of the upstairs rooms of the Parish Center (we were booted by a Palm Sunday Concert in the main hall).
The following items/information are needed at this meeting:
1) Completed Tour Permit (see below for additional
information)
2) Updated Attendance Figures (Remember Incoming Webelos!)
3) CURRENT Copy of Actual Troop Roster
4) Title of Skit or Song for Campfire Program
5) PRELIM Estimates of Staff Food Signups
On Tour Permits, we have been noticing than NCAC has not been forwarding them in a timely manner; in fact, in some cases they aren't being returned at all. For this reason, you should get your Tour Permit signed in person, or attach a note requesting an immediate return. This is beginning to look like it could be quite a headache - and that is something I do not need. Please monitor this carefully.

As you gear up your planning, remember that it is important to involve your Scouts - especially your older Scouts - in the Projectoree planning. If they don't own it, they won't come - plain and simple. I will end by reminding everyone that we very much want Senior Scouts to run as much of the Projectoree as possible. Please don't forget it!
See you Sunday night, February 24th, by no later than 7:30 pm, and preferably by 7:15. Six Weeks to Go!
