Greetings to All.
This is the summarized results from the Second Organizational Meeting, plus some updates.
---------
1) Site Visit Rescheduled
Due to conflicts with the Park Ranger's schedule, the site visit has been rescheduled for 11am on Friday, April 23rd. If anyone wishes to attend, please let me know in advance.
2) Service Project Ideas
At present, the Ranger is looking at three service projects: A) Replacing some of the sitting logs at the campfire circle (which would repair the effort we instituted 10 years ago). B) Cutting up and removing some more fallen pine trees (again, which we have done on at least five previous occasions). C) Filling some more potholes on the access road (the "forever" project). We should have this hammered out after the site visit.
3) Paperwork and Information (Still) Due
The following Units did not turn in *approved* Tour Permits: 128, 167
The following Units did not turn in *complete* Troop Rosters: 128, 648
Remember, I need your actual roster, not a list of names. Also, please remember to input all New Scouts on your Roster.
The following Units did not turn in the title of their Skit or Song: 128, 624, 648
Also, two Units left one of their two Projectoree folders at the meeting; if this means you, please contact me to arrange a reunion at next week's Roundtable.
4) Deadlines
The T-Shirt Orders are due to me by 3PM Friday, April 23rd. Use the Ordering Form to get it correct!
The Staff Food Orders are due to Clay Henderson by 3PM, Friday, April 23rd. Remember, ALL UNITS *must* turn in a Staff Food order, even if they have no one eating Staff Food (so that we get the PLC attendance info). Use the Ordering Form to get it correct!
Equipment Pickups from Dr. Bob should be by no later than Wednesday, April 28th (and pre-arranged by Tuesday, April 27th).
If you are picking up equipment from other Units, I suggest you follow this same time guideline.
5) Other Things to Do
* Start hitting your Senior Scouts NOW to commit to the Projectoree. The event does not work without them, and you cannot wait til the last week to ask.
* Assemble and practice your events NOW, so that you are well versed in how to run them. You CANNOT wait until the last minute, and just throw it together. As has been proven over and over again during the past 10 years, that simply doesn't work.
* Make sure all your New Scouts are registered at Council, and are included on your Troop Roster (if your Troop Roster changes from what you handed in last Sunday night, be sure to turn in the updated Roster at the Projectoree (or better, mail it to me in advance).
* Read the Projectoree Guide, thoroughly. Make appropriate copies as needed for the other participants in your Unit.

Here (again) are the attendance estimates from the Second Organizational Meeting:
1) Unit Signups - NOTE THERE WERE SOME SIGNIFICANT CHANGES!!!
Unit signups are as follows:
| Unit # | Patrols | Total Scouts | Total Adults |
| 104 | 1 | 12 | 4 |
| 111 | 6 | 60 | 10 |
| 128 | 2 | 20 | 6 |
| 149 | 2 | 19 | 6 |
| 151 | 1 | 13 | 3 |
| 167 | 3 | 35 | 10 |
| 624 | 4 | 40 | 10 |
| 638 | 4 | 40 | 8 |
| 647 | 2 or 3 | 30 | 5 |
| 648 | 1 | 11 | 5 |
| 667 | 1 | 8 | 3 |
| 869 | 1 | 14 | 3 |
| 1130 | 2 | 20 | 3 |
| 13 | 30 or 31 | 322 | 74 |
...for a total of 30 - 31 Patrols. 30 is the maximum number of Patrols, so as you can see, 647 is in a waiting list situation unless someone else drops their Patrol estimate. Past experience has shown that we generally lose about 3 Patrols in the last week before Projectoree, so I will not agonize over this (yet).
