Greetings to All.

1) T-Shirt Orders - I received today another rather agressive email from our T-Shirt company reminding me that I MUST get them our total order tomorrow afternoon, or they will be charging us a considerably higher rate for a "rush" job. Remember, by no later than 3pm to - drbob-at-troop111.org (replace the -at- with @). Earlier would be deeply appreciated. Please do not make me call you!

2) Staff Food Orders - Again, to Clay Henderson, also by 3pm.

3) Site Visit - I have heard from no one, so I guess I'm it tomorrow. If there are any late-comers, please email me tonight. The visit will be at 11am tomorrow, at the gate to Camp Wilson.

4) Game Change - Upon independent practicing by both Troops 111 and 648, the "Plug the Dike" game has turned out to be considerably more difficult than expected. It is being modified so that there will be only four holes (not six) per level (and maybe less than that), and the two holes per side will be spaced closely enough that the Scout can cover both of them with the palm of one hand (and not have to stretch fingers to cover holes). This information is being provided so that all Troops are aware of the changes in advance, and will not be surprised at the Projectoree.

5) Equipment Pickups - Remember, I have a New Scout Campout this weekend. If you need any of the equipment from my shed, please make arrangements in advance. I am available tomorrow (Friday) afternoon afer 5pm, and on Sunday afternoon after about 4pm.
