Greetings, folks. A few comments and reminders:
1) It looks like we will only have 17 Patrols; this means that you will only need to set up 3 setups per event, not 4 as originally planned. However (as Roy Morris pointed out), it doesn't hurt to bring the extra setup along in case of breakage or malfunction of one of the first three.
2) Please don't forget your staff food orders to Clay Henderson Tuesday night.
3) Also, please remember the campfire and O/A info to Brad J. Tuesday night.
4) Click here for the Patrol Leader's Guide - a paperwork effort to reduce the lengthy PLC on Friday night. Please share this with your PL's this week. In order to prevent problems downloading, this has been attached as a text file.
5) Staff Members Guide is attached. Be on the lookout. Note that we are (once again) experiencing a major, last second defection of Senior Scouts this year; please, really encourage your remaining Senior Scouts to participate. We will need staffing for both morning and afternoon events, so I think all available staff will be kept busy.
