Troops will be individually assigned to these tasks at the final Organizational Meeting. These are jobs to be done Sunday morning before leaving.

STAFF remaining Sunday morning - disassemble and pack personal gear, then help the Staff Food Coordinator take down and pack up Staff Site, and pack everything away. Sweep Staff area as a group prior to returning to their individual Troops.

TROOP JOBS:

(1) If inadequate Staff remains to handle breaking down and policing the Staff area, the first available Troop will be sent over to assist the Staff Food Coordinator in completing this task. This job will be assigned to a Troop that anticipates leaving early, or to the Staff Food Coordinator's Unit.

(2) Sweep the road leading to and the area in and around the Campfire circle; sweep the campfire ring area. This job should be done by the Troop which was primary in running the campfire, but can be done by anyone. Items found in the sweep should be relayed (if possible) to the Troops losing them (if names evident,) or relayed to the Projectoree Organizer if not, for eventual distribution during the post-Projectoree debriefing session. All trash collected and disposed of in a proper manner.

(3) Sweep the road which circles the staff area, and also sweep the woods across the road from the main field. Any remaining equipment relayed back to the Scouts/Troops if possible, or to the Projectoree Organizer if not. All trash collected and disposed of in a proper manner.

(4) Remove all signs and posts (EXCEPT the entrance sign(s) on the main road intersection) from the entire camp; remove posters, ribbons, staples, etc., from posts, salvage if possible for next year, dispose of properly if not. Salvageable materials returned to the Site Coordinator's Troop or the Projectoree Organizer.

[Note: The Projectoree sign on Gunston Road is left up so that parents coming down to pick up Scouts on Sunday can still find us. It will be removed by either the Site Coordinator or the Projectoree Organizer before they leave the campsite.]

(5) Sweep Firebuilding, Obstacle Course and Dining Hall areas, and road leading from the Comfort Station to the Dining Hall; any remaining equipment relayed back to the Scouts/Troops if possible, or to the Projectoree Organizer if not. All trash collected and disposed of in a proper manner.

(6) Sweep Main Competition Field, and road leading from the Comfort Station to Gunston Road; any remaining equipment relayed back to the Scouts/Troops if possible, or to the Projectoree Organizer if not. All trash collected and disposed of in a proper manner.

(7) Clean Comfort Station. Sweep immediate area around the Comfort Station for trash, lost equipment; any remaining equipment relayed back to the Scouts/Troops if possible, or to the Projectoree Organizer if not. All trash disposed of in a proper manner. This job will be assigned to a Troop who anticipates a leisurely departure Sunday late morning or early afternoon (that is, after most of the participants have left for the day, at which point the comfort station is unlikely to be heavily utilized again. The Troop who is assigned this job should bring basic cleaning materials (brooms, mops, sponges, buckets, soaps, etc.)

(8) Last Troop in Camping Area - Sweep entire camping area one last time for trash, lost equipment; any remaining equipment relayed back to the Scouts/Troops if (still) possible, or to the Projectoree Organizer if not. All trash disposed of in a proper manner. This Troop should also ensure that all campfires are completely soaked and "dead-out. Again, this task will be assigned to a Troop who anticipates a leisurely departure on Sunday.
