Weekend Schedule

Friday:

7:30am Camp Opens for Business (Gate Unlocked); Site Coordinator will organize the site with signs. As Early As Possible - Arrival of Events Coordinators for Saturday AM events with complex setups, with gear and setup personnel. Arrival of Staff Food Coordinator; set up of staff area.
5:00pm Registration opens.
8:00pm Registration closes (unless all expected Troops have already arrived, in which case Registration closes as soon as the last Unit has registered.)
8:15pm Time Approximate - Dusk.
8:50pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - 10 Minute warning for PLC/Staff Meeting - "Get Goin'!"
9:00pm Staff Meeting and PLC, in Staff Area - Distribution of Competition Schedules, Scorecards, other basic instructions. Attendance of Patrol Leaders and Staff Members is mandatory! Maintain adequate supervisory personnel at your campsites!
11:00pm Quiet Time Begins - Cease "Tommy Tenderfoot" Antics.
11:30pm Lights Out and Fires Doused; please do not stay up ridiculously late, and keep dead quiet!

Saturday:

6:30am Suggested Reveille (Note - No formal reveille will be announced!)
8:30am No Later Than! - Staff Assembly for Morning Events, Set Up Event Equipment, etc.
9:00am Two Air-Horn Blasts - Assembly of Opening Flag Ceremony Crew at Comfort Station end of the main field, with their Troop Flags and Stands; Assembly of First Aid Staff at First Aid Tarp Area.
9:10am Two Air-Horn Blasts - Assembly of all Patrols on the Main Field; PLEASE HUSTLE! Opening Flag Ceremony; Competitions begin immediately after the Flag Ceremony (approximately 9:25am.)
11:57am Break for Lunch, Morning Event Blue Sheets turned in at First Aid Tarp. Morning Short Events disassembled; Afternoon Short Events Assembled
12:30pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - Afternoon Event Staff assemble at their respective event locations, review protocols.
12:40pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - Assembly of all Patrols on the Main Field; Afternoon Events begin at 1:00pm
12:50pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - Re-assembly of all Patrols on the Main Field; Afternoon Events begin at 1:00pm.
3:32 pm Afternoon Events End, and are disassembled; Afternoon Event Blue Sheets and all Patrol Leaders' Score Sheets turned in at First Aid Tarp
3:35pm All Units reassemble at the Main Field for the Scoutmaster Chariot Race. "Late Afternoon Activities" are set up.
4:05pm (time approximate) - Chariot Race Concludes; Break for Dinner Prep and "Late Afternoon Activities" - Service Project, etc. (more info at the PLC on Friday night.)
4:10 - 7pm "Late Afternoon Activities" and Dinner
6:00pm Quiet Time Begins - All Games Cease!
6:50pm Two Air-Horn Blasts
7pm - 8pm Religious Services; NO GAMES OR OTHER NOISY ACTIVITIES ALLOWED DURING SERVICES!!! Services locations TBA (weather permitting, at the Main Field; in bad weather, canceled or TBA)

Weather Permitting:

8:05pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - Closing Flag Ceremony Crew reassembles on Main Field; Campfire Staff asssembles at campfire ring.
8:15pm Two Air-Horn Blasts - All Units reassemble at the main field. Closing Flag Ceremony. Noisy, boisterous walk to campfire circle. Campfire runs approximately 8:30pm - 9:30pm.
9:30pm Troops return to their campsites; O/A Tap-Out Candidates Stay at Campfire Ring.
11:00pm Quiet Time Begins
11:30pm Lights Out and Fires Doused. Absolute Quiet!

Sunday:

Morning Camp Breakdown; possible completion of service project (if additional work is needed, or if we were unable to do on Saturday afternoon.) Campsites and game-areas are to be left "better than found." All Troops must also complete their cleanup assignment before departure. Units are expected to depart by no later than 12:00 noon Sunday, but can stay later if they want to do advancement or other activities, by mutual agreement with the Park Ranger (Discuss with the Site Coordinator.)
