Staff Food Ordering Form

This form is designed to assist the Staff Food Troops properly plan their menus for the Projectoree Staff. We have seriously over-ordered Staff Food in the past due to our inability to predict the numbers of Staff members eating meal-by-meal. This form is designed to give us better estimates, meal-by-meal. For the purposes of Staff Food, Staff is defined as Senior Scouts and Adults tenting in and eating at the Staff Site (and does NOT include Staff members tenting and eating with their Troops.) Note that Staff members CANNOT tent with their Troops AND eat at the Staff Site - it is far too difficult to coordinate the meals for people in other sites. In or Out, Gentlemen!

There is little/no way for the Staff Food Troop to monitor who is supposed to present and who is supposed to be eating with their Troops. All Troops are on their Honor to pay the correct amounts for their Staff members at the Registration Table Friday Night, and also ensure that their non-Staff Food Scouts do not sneak over to the Staff Food area at mealtimes. "A Scout is Trustworthy" - even when the staff dinner is pepperoni pizza!

DISTRICT STAFF NOTE! - Projectoree Staff Food is *not* a classic Camporee Staff Food situation. Rather, it is the strong desire of the Projectoree Organizer that District Staff eat with their closest associated Units (and not with the Projectoree Staff.) In this way, it is hoped that closer ties will be developed between District Staffers and their Units. If this is impractical, please contact the Staff Food Coordinator(s) to make alternate arrangements. Note that District Staff attending Projectoree "B" also have the option of eating at the Webelos Campsite.

The data derived from this form is due to the Staff Food Coordinators BY NO LATER THAN Friday, April 16th. Late Orders will only be honored at the discretion of the Staff Food Coordinator; appeals of denials to the Projectoree Organizer will be summarily rejected.
