Remaining Time Line (as of 3/18/98)

Complete by:

Sunday, March 29th

Establish a Senior Scout and an Adult Monitor for EACH event and staff position that your Troop is responsible for, your expected extra staffing requirements from the general staff pool (if any), and your expected equipment needs from prior years (if any, and if available!); forward all information/requests to Neal Wood.

Thursday, April 2nd

Final Projectoree Organizational Meeting. Above noted Senior Scouts and Adult Monitors MUST attend! Each Troop's Projectoree Liaisons should also attend. Status reports on events and staff position jobs/equipment, and reconciliation of problems. Establishment of who's going to Camp Wilson on April 11th for orientation, and departure time. Establish service project and time. Develop late Saturday activities; assign activities to Troops to run. Assign Sunday cleanup jobs.

Friday, April 10th

Final T-Shirt Orders Due to Dr. Bob. Use Provided Form (CLICK HERE) to develop your order. Payment due at Projectoree Registration. Note that this deadline falls in the middle of Spring Break for many Scouts; PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!

Saturday, April 11th

Visit to Camp Wilson. Not mandatory, but highly recommended for Senior Scouts and Adults Monitors who are responsible for an event or staffing job who have never previously visited the camp (this will make the following weekend's set-up far easier!)

Tuesday, April 14th

Staff Food Orders Due to Clay Henderson at Troop 104. Use Provided Form (CLICK HERE) to develop your order. Payment due at Projectoree Registration.

Campfire Information due to Brad J. at Troop 149, including name and brief summary of skit or song your Troop is doing, the number and names of your O/A nominees to be tapped out, the number of flags (if any) you are bringing to be retired at the flag retirement ceremony, and the names of the two youngest Scouts in your Unit who will be assisting the flag retirement ceremony.

Friday, April 17th

9am - Camp Wilson Gate opens up for staff arrival and event set-up. 4 - 7:30pm - Official Hours of Registration. 8:30 - 9:30pm - PLC at Staff Area (inside the kitchen area at the Comfort Station if foul weather.)
