General Meeting #2 at St. Agnes Church, click here for the agenda. All Troops attending either Projectoree A or B must attend. This meeting will review the games, and will join up the Troops handling events and staffing during A with those doing the same tasks during B. You should preferably come with those Adults and Senior Scouts who will be attending *both* Projectorees (to either learn or assist.)
Sunday, March 21st1999 Projectoree Guide will be forwarded by email or (more likely) posted on the Troop 111 website/Projectoree subpage with an email directing you to same.
Sunday, March 28th: 7:30pmGeneral Meeting #3 at St. Agnes Church. All Troops attending either Projectoree A or B must attend. This meeting will finalize staffing and equipment concerns, and also act as a catch-all for remaining issues and reminders of/for urgent requirements.
Friday, April 16th
T-Shirt and Staff Food Orders are due to Bob and the respective Staff Food Coordinators for A and B. If your orders are not in, you will not receive T-Shirts or be allowed to camp and eat in the Staff area. In addition, your orders may not be adjusted prior to the Projectoree. It is therefore highly recommended to make the prior week your due-date for permission slips within your Troop. Note that this falls within Spring Break for several Troops, so please be prepared!
Sunday, April 18th
Optional visit to Camp Wilson for Troops participating in either Projectoree, with "A" being more crucial (B Troops will be visiting during A anyway, but are welcome to come if they wish.) If you have a major set-up and have never participated in a prior Projectoree, you are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to review the site layout before the big day.)
Wednesday, April 21th
(for A only) - Song or Skit title(s), names of O/A members to be tapped out, name of new Scout to help with the flag retirement ceremony, and number of flags to be retired, all due to Brad Jones (O/A Chapter Chief). email him at bradj@charm.net.

(for B) - Same data due for Troops participating in Projectoree B.
Friday, April 23rd, and Friday, April 30th
Gate opens at Camp Wilson at 7:30am for camp set-up. Registrar/Treasurer Scouts should arrive by no later than 4:00pm to set up Registration Point on Main Field. Registration opens at 5:00pm and runs `til 8:00pm; Troops! - please do not come earlier than 5:00, or later than 8:00! Note that it is generally dark by 8:15pm, so arrival before 7:15 is highly recommended. PLC/Staff meeting begins at 9:00 sharp in the Staff area if good weather, and at the Comfort Station if crummy (PLC should end by 10:00); please have all Patrol Leaders and Senior Scout/Adult Staff attend, but please also leave adequate supervision in your site.
