____ 1 Blank Check (2 might be more prudent)
____ Troop Registration Form (pre-filled out (accurately!) would be appreciated); note that extra blanks will be available if needed.
____ Your copy of your Completed T-Shirt Ordering Form (NO CHANGES FROM ORIGINAL ORDER!)
____ Your Copy of your Completed Staff Food Ordering Form (NO CHANGES FROM ORIGINAL ORDER!)
____ Large, empty box for your T-Shirts, Patches and miscellaneous paperwork. If you have a very large Troop (more than 25 Scouts and Leaders), bring two boxes.

Other Needed "Unusual" Items:
____ Your Troop Flag
____ A sturdy stand that your Troop Flag properly fits into (put your Troop # on it!)
____ Your Skit or Song materials
____ Firewood (especially if you're arriving late on Friday; there is little firewood in camping area! - and most of that will have been scarfed up by the early arrivers)
____ All equipment you need to set up and run your assigned events and staff jobs, including set-up and scoring instructions
____ Tools (if any) needed to assist in the service project (TBA in the last pre-Projectoree Newsletter)
____ Equipment (if any) needed to set-up and run your assigned late Saturday afternoon activity
____ Equipment (if any) needed to perform your assigned Sunday morning cleanup job
____ Copies of all pertinent Projectoree Handouts and Paperwork (Guide, Weekend Schedule, Competition Schedule, etc.)
