Troop "To Bring" Check-Off List
(Items you need which are above and beyond "normal" Troop Equipment)

For Registration Booth:
____ 1 Blank Check (2 might be more prudent)
____ Troop Registration Form (pre-filled out (accurately!) would be appreciated)
____ Completed T-Shirt Ordering Form (NO CHANGES FROM ORIGINAL ORDER!)
____ Completed Staff Food Ordering Form (NO CHANGES FROM ORIGINAL ORDER!)
____ Tour Permit
____ Photo Copy of current Troop Roster, with attendees highlighted or otherwise indicated; note that handwritten rosters are unacceptable
____ Extremely Legible Roster of O/A Members to be tapped out at the Campfire, with any changes (deletions or additions) from the original list provided to Troop 149 highlighted
____ Extremely Legible Roster of the two young Scouts you have selected to handle your Unit's participation in the Flag Retirement Ceremony, with any changes (deletions or additions) from the original list provided to Troop 149 highlighted
____ Bag or Box with any flags you have brought to be retired, CLEARLY MARKED as such
____ Large, empty box for your T-Shirts, Patches, Ribbon, and miscellaneous paperwork

Other Needed Items:
____ Troop Flag and a sturdy stand that it properly fits into
____ Skit or Song materials
____ Firewood (if arriving late on Friday; little at the camping area!)
____ All equipment you need to set up and run your assigned events and staff jobs, including set-up and scoring instructions
____ Tools (if any) needed to assist in the service project (TBA at the 4/2 final meeting)
____ Equipment (if any) needed to set-up and run your assigned late Saturday afternoon activity (TBA at the 4/2 meeting)
____ Equipment (if any) needed to perform your assigned Sunday morning cleanup job (TBA at the 4/2 meeting)
____ Copies of all pertinent Projectoree Handouts and Paperwork (Guide, Weekend Schedule, Competition Schedule, etc.)
