Eagle Scout Thomas C. Greenwood

Thomas was awarded his Eagle on April 13th, 1972. Since then he has had a busy life. Thomas recently sent us his current bio and recollections from his days in Troop 111. Thanks Thomas.

Major in the Marine Corps. Married. Two children, Ross 9, Lilly 6, and one on the way. Have not been involved in Scouting since I left Troop 111. Met best friend, Ed Arnold (Arlingtonian) in Troop 111. Very small Troop in my day; Scouting was not popular during the years I was in the Troop. I remember going to Goshen and a camping area on Potomac down by Lorton. Seemed like most of the guys stayed involved to keep their parents happy -- I am sure that has changed today.
