Eagle Scout
Kevin Kempter
Kevin passed his Eagle Board of Review on 14 October 1998 - the first of
our "younger brother" Eagles. Kevin joined Pat among the ranks, becoming
the Troop's
58th Eagle Scout. His Honor Roll:
- 23 Merit Badges
- 48 Days Short-term Camping
- 28 Days Long-term Camping (including one High Adventure trek, the 225
mile C & O Canal bike hiking trek)
- 1 Fifty Miler Award
- 1 Scoutmaster's Award
- Quartermaster
- Assistant Patrol Leader
- Patrol Leader
- Assistant Senior Patrol Leader
Kevin's Eagle Project was right out of the "and now for something
completely different" category - the startup of the Saint Agnes Parish
website. This was a tricky project to coordinate, and took nearly 300
