College Scholarships for Eagles College Scholarships for Eagles Graduating high school seniors who have been granted the Eagle Scout rank, are eligible to apply to the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) for scholarships. The scholarships are awarded annually. These include the Hall/McElwain Merit Scholarships, the Mable & Lawrence S. Cooke Scholarship, the Elks National Foundation Scholarships, and the Eagle Scout Scholarships. Scholarship amounts vary but often range from $1,000 to $12,000 annually.
The deadlines for these scholarship applications vary. Most require the application to be submitted by February 28th. Application forms may be obtained from the Program Department at the Marriott Scout Service Center, 9190 Rockville Pike, Bethesda MD 20814, or online at the NESA Web site.
