Planning for this trip will require Troop 111 to make some nonrefundable payments. This commitment acknowledges that the Troop will incur nonrefundable expenses on behalf of all trip participants and that if a participant drops out, he will be responsible for all costs that cannot be refunded to the troop or otherwise eliminated.
