1998 North Arlington Friendship Projectoree
Late Afternoon Optional Activities Survey

This form MUST be brought to the April 2nd Meeting; Please Plan Accordingly!

As was discussed in some detail at the last meeting, we would like to offer an array of optional activities following the Scoutmaster s Chariot Race in order to provide structured program for Scouts not relaxing or involved in dinner prep. The intent is to avoid some of the high impact sports or roughhousing that have been observed over the past three years (i.e., before someone - or several someones - get seriously injured.) We received a distinct warning last year - which we fully intend to heed!

As with the morning and afternoon events, any optional activities will also have to be set up and run by the involved Troops. In order to ensure that we re not wasting our time, this survey form is designed to get a sense of the respective level of interest in the various activities. Obviously, proposed activities which have little or no expressed interest will experience a speedy death.

When making your estimates, please be realistic, and do not forget to account for those Scouts who will not be participating due to dinner prep or campfire skit practice.
