Chain Bridge Projectorees 99
Late Afternoon Optional Activities Survey

As has been previously discussed we will be offering an array of optional activities following the Scoutmaster's Chariot Race in order to provide structured program for Scouts not relaxing or involved in dinner prep. The intent is to avoid some of the high impact sports or roughhousing that had been observed during the first three Projectorees.

As with the morning and afternoon events, any optional activities will also have to be set up and run by the involved Troops. This survey form is designed to get a sense of the respective level of interest in the various activities. Obviously, proposed activities which have little or no expressed interest will experience an immediate death.

When making your estimates, please be realistic, and do not forget to account for those Scouts who will not be participating due to dinner prep or campfire skit practice.

This form MUST be brought to the final organizational Meeting; Please Plan Accordingly!
