Troop 111 Yard Sale 2003
Saturday, June 4, 2005, 8:00am until 1pm, St. Agnes Gym
(This is the same day as the Cherrydale Civic Association’s neighborhood sale, so there should be a good crowd.)
Please bring items and set up on:
Friday, June 3, 6:00pm - 8:00pm, or
Saturday, June 4, 7;00am
(We need to be ready for customers by 8:00am on Saturday; note that they usually come even earlier than this.)
Please label all items with your Scout's initials. Scouts with the same initials should develop a slightly more discriminatory arrangement!
We will have a standard price list for clothing items and books. You are responsible for pricing SPECIAL clothing items, toys, household items, etc.
If you have questions about pricing, please ask the coordinators when setting up. They can advise you.
Please have an adult present during the sale to watch your items, negotiate prices, and reclaim any items you want to keep following the sale. All unclaimed items will be donated to Goodwill.
50% of your sales will be donated to Troop 111, the other 50% will be credited to your Troop family account. If you like, you may donate items to the yard sale for the Troop to sell.
Your help is needed on Friday night and on Saturday, before, during, and after the sale. Please register to participate in the sale and/or offer to help by replying to Joy G., Annette R., or Rob B. as soon as possible, using the following form.
